About Our Guest Speakers:

Dima Sharif is the author of Plated Heirlooms, an encyclopaedic collection of Palestinian recipes.

Mary Isin has researched Ottoman cuisine extensively and published a number of articles and books, including the Bountiful Empire: A History of Ottoman Cuisine and Sherbet and Spice: The Complete Story of Turkish Sweets and Desserts.
