Malleh Gourmet is a Dubai-born retail concept that is the brainchild of the Sabbagh sisters. Nazek Al Sabbagh and her sister have transformed the time-tested art of salting fish ("malleh") into a gourmet, beautifully packaged product that will appeal to newer generation of Emiratis and to the wider international market. They sell malleh and other preserved fish products, including ground anchovy powder and spiced anchovy sauce, at their retail store in Jumeirah.
